Te meddig vagy? - Sustainability competition invited by Telekom

Telekom announced as special competition – music/slam, film-making and creative – on the subject of the 8th Sustainability Day to be organized on the last Saturday of September.
The objective of Telekom, the main organizer of the event is to raise awareness with the competition titled „Te meddig vagy?” about the alienation ongoing globally in the fields of economy, society and the environment. One can enter the competition with any slam, film, song or any other creative work on the subjects of economy, friends, job, family, objectives, future, generation gap, emigration trends, deserted villages, etc.
Entries will be judged by a jury composed of Péter Novák, musician, dancer and choreographer; Gábor Rohonyi, director; Simon Szabó, script writer and director; Csaba Szegedi, colorist director and lecturer of MOME as well as Katalin Szomolányi, main organizer of the Sustainability Day.
Entries can be uploaded latest by September 11, 2015 10 a.m. on internet community sites (YouTube, Videa, Flickr, etc.), followed by sending the links or optionally the original works to palyazat@fenntarthatonap.hu
Applicants for the „Music, slam” category are expected to compose or slam their own song. The winner receives a voucher for purchasing music instruments in the value of HUF 200,000, while the runner up wins a retro microphone (Shure 55SH), and the bronze medalist receives a digital dictaphone (H1 Zoom).
Applicants in the „Film” category can enter 1-3 minutes long films, also on the subject of sustainability. The category winner receives a GoPro Hero 4. Black Edition, the second position wins a special drone (PARROT AR.Drone 2.0 Elite Edition (Sand)), and the third ranking competitor receives a PediCab voucher for a city tour for 6 people.
In case of the third competition, announced for amateur creative people, the jury expects individual entries related to painting, drawing, architecture, photography or even organizing flashmobs. Category winners also receive valuable prizes. The winner receives entry for the Milan Word Expo, the runner up gets an individual, hand made Longboard, and the bronze medalist receives a TOMS shopping voucher worth HUF 40,000. The winner of the public award is a 2016 weekly pass for VOLT or Sziget festival. One applicant can apply with maximum three entries within each category.
The best entries selected by the jury will be exhibited at the 8th Sustainability Day to be organized on September 26, 2015 in Millenáris Park – also being the venue of the award ceremony. Visitors of the SD8 can vote for the best of the exhibited creations.
