As another important step of becoming an online company, Telekom launched a new, complex community site under the name of Gondolatbörze (Brainstorming) - building upon the dialogue between users.
As telecommunication
infrastructure, high speed broadband internet and online community existence is
gaining ground, users enrich their knowledge increasingly more consciously,
tailored to their individual lifestyle – and they are ever more open to sharing
those with each other. The community site sharing users’ knowledge – created by
Telekom as the latest achievement of the company’s SmartDigital Program, and also
being one of the platforms of Digital Hungary – offers a quick and efficient
channel to answer questions related to Telekom products and services.

Gondolatbörze. In the latter case, the system ranks solutions
offered for questions – based on the feedback of those putting the questions,
depending on how successful the assistance was. Hence users logging in later
and having similar problems do not have to browse through all the answers: the
solution will be shown on top of the list of answers.
The
system is continuosly moderated with expert background support, community
