The trainee program of Telekom and T-Systems is renewed

From February 1 the trainee program of Magyar Telekom Nyrt. and T-Systems Magyarország Zrt. Will be merged and renewed. The Telekom – T-Systems Trainee Program welcomes the applications of active, day course students, participating in BSc, BA, MSc or MA level education.
Already about 500 young people take part simultaneously in one of the country’s most well known and sought after trainee program.

As opposed to the previous system, now trainee applications to the Telekom Group are not only accepted every half year, but continuously, all through the year.
There are two options available to students wishing to apply: either they can upload their data into the general database on the company’s website, indicating which field they would like to work in – or they can also apply for specific positions announced by the company, based on the description of the given position.
Applications in general are still conditioned upon at least medium level English language skills.
In the renewed program the minimum length of traineeship programs is 3 months, while the maximum limit is completing the active student status.
Students are to perform minimum 20 hours weekly in flexible working hours which can e aligned with university studies – however should business needs require it, longer working time can also be performed, coupled with higher salaries. In the new system student can even pursue an individual career path, while students proven to be the best labor force will be picked by Telekom and they will be elevated higher in the trainee program, in the frame of a three grade system.
The program starts with orientation, assisting in settling into the corporate culture and getting to know the new working environment, and later students are placed in professional areas, participating in specific, project-like tasks.
Beside further details, the website also includes the CV application, offering help to fresh graduates to enter individual, tailor made and flawless CVs, largely increasing their chances for the success.

Among others, the reason for the popularity of the Telekom – T-Systems Trainee Program is that through the mentoring system fresh graduates starting their professional career receive constant feedback and can develop efficiently. This is an excellent possibility to step out of school by implementing the academic knowledge into practice – while the company also benefits from the work of creative trainees, contributing fresh knowledge.
