Telekom and Disney Studios signed an exclusive agreement, a real novelty in Hungary.

Thanks to the agreement between the two companies, episodes of the latest, third seasons of the popular Hollywood series Revenge and Once Upon a Time will be offered exclusively on TV in the Video Store of Telekom Interactive TV (IPTV) and Interactive Sat TV), as well as on-line through Moziaréna (Movie Arena) service, available not only for the customers of Telekom ( www.moziarena.hu), almost at the same time as the American premiere.
Departing from the current practice - under which series are usually put on the schedules of domestic commercial, public service or thematic channels 1 year following the premiere - domestic film fans will be able to see the latest episodes within 72 hours following the American premiere with English, and within 5 days with Hungarian subtitles: simply, with a few clicks and without commercials.
Since in the United States the new parts of the Revenge and Once Upon a Time series are shown on Sundays (the first episodes of the third series will be aired on 29 September), users of Telekom Interactive TV or Moziaréna will be able to see them on Wednesday evening next week (i.e. for the first time on 2 October) with English subtitle, and on Friday the same week with Hungarian subtitle (for the first time on 4 October).
Naturally, the individual episodes of the two series - a television drama and a fantasy - remain available later, for 4 weeks from the time of the first airing, so they can be watched later, too. The planned rental price would be HUF 599 per episode.
