Real Pearl Foundation will be the beneficiary of the Telekom donation line in the last two months of the year. The foundation operates an art school in one of the most disadvantaged regions of the country, offering talent management, art based personality development – with special focus on children in overly handicapped situations – successfully applying an integration model.

Berettyóújfalu is located in one of Hungary’s most disadvantaged regions, with children and families being most in need. Igazgyöngy Alapítvány (Real Pearl Foundation) 14 years ago found a successfully way of helping them: offering a chance for social integration to those in a handicapped situation, through talent management and art based personality development. In the Berettyóújfalu region 600 children from 23 settlements can be received in their training institution.

Creative activities give children self confidence, their self assessment develops having positive bearing on their performance in elementary school, their attitude and communication. The work of the foundation is highly appreciated both in Hungary and abroad, they achieved great results by organizing exhibitions, earning awards, selling the creations, assisting creators in covering their everyday expenses. The chance generating method and the complex approach of the foundation – integrating education, family care and community building – initiate positive processes within families involved. Spectacular improvement in the residential environment, stipendiums awarded, hobby gardening and electric meter reactivation as well as community building programs justify the efforts.In November and December callers of the Telekom donation line support the work of Real Pearl Foundation: donations are required for tools, art accessories and materials needed for one school year.

The hello holnap! Donation line is available at 13688. The number can be called both from the fixed and mobile telephone network of Magyar Telekom. Both the call charge and the fee of an SMS is HUF 100, the amount is VAT-free and is fully transferred to the beneficiary organization (except calls made with Domino prepaid card, in these cases 27% VAT is deducted).

Between November 1 and December 31, 2013 charges for calls made on the donation line or in donation boxesis fully contributed to the Igazgyöngy Foundation, as the donation of the callers.
