On the token of the new business concept, the renewed T-Point shop in Debrecen – demonstrating Telekom’s products and services in an innovative environment – is opened offering extraordinary promotions. Simultaneously – consequent to Telekom’s intense network development – the new generation mobile Internet, 4G/LTE also becomes available in the city.

The T-Point opening in the heart of Debrecen, in Piac street is more than a shop: it features individual scenic and design ideas, demonstrating the T-Home and T-Mobile products in a customer friendly, „tangible” manner, including the latest smartphones and tablets, offering even more information and content. The new shop concept – debuting in November of last year in Budapest, in shopping mall Mammut – was modernized even more, pleasing customers in Debrecen and its neighborhood. The modern, transparent and streamlined T-Point service is introduced in Hungary for the first time. Resulting from the international cooperation, the shop established jointly with Deutsche Telekom serves as an example within the group for new shops. The innovative nature of the T-Point – renewed on the token of the new business concept – is further strengthened by the fact that emphasis was put on providing comprehensive interactive information of customers. In addition to information displayed on clearly distinguishable screens and terminals, a LED wall was placed in the shop, introducing the values of T-Home and T-Mobile products and services in an extremely attractive and clear way, helping customers in their decision and orientation. In the pleasant and attractive environment one can learn about the new TV experience offered by the T-Home IPTV service, as well as advantages of mobile broadband. The shop opening comes with versatile programs: micro magician, quiz games and minor surprise raffles. In the meantime László Hadházi, DJTitusz and Carbonfools entertain guests on the stage at the square.

The T-Mobile 4G/LTE mobile Internet service is already available in Debrecen
Consequent to Telekom’s intense network development, by early July 2012 the new generation mobile internet, 4G/LTE also became available in the majority of Debrecen. Within the coverage area, the service can be used with the Net&Roll 4G mobile Internet package and an LTE enabled terminal. This way simultaneously several tools (notebook, tablet, smartphone) can be used in an apartment or office, capitalizing on the advantages offered by the 4G/LTE network. The operator offers the T-Mobile USB modem 4G or Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. In addition, one can already order the 4G router on the T-Mobile website, that can be connected to the 4G/LTE network and divides the large bandwidth offered by the technology between wifi enabled tools. As the major, tangible advantage of the 4G/ LTE technology users enjoy substantially higher download and upload speeds* and the delay time is reduced, making online applications and games even easier to use in the mobile network. High resolution, up to even HD quality videos can be downloaded or uploaded much faster, and several programs can be smoothly run simultaneously – all these improve the customer experience in a spectacular way.

Opening promotion – buying terminals at discounted terms
On the occasion of the shop opening, between July 3 and 9 of 2012 Telekom offers an extraordinary terminal promotion in the new T-Point. For the first 20 customers the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8. 9 LTE tablet, with new Net&Roll 4G mobile Internet package – with a two years loyalty commitment for the subscription and the tariff package – instead of HUF 29,900 the company offers HUF 0 initial plus 24 month (3750 HUF/month) interest free installments. Also for the first 50 customers Samsung Galaxy S II smartphones with Mozaik XL tariff packages, with new subscription, 2 years loyalty commitment for the subscription and the tariff package is offered, instead of HUF 39,990 for HUF 19,900 – or the Samsung Galaxy mini 2 smartphone with Mozaik S tariff package also with new subscription, 2 years loyalty commitment for the subscription and the tariff package, instead of HUF 19,990 for HUF 9,900.
