Care free travel and surfing on the net - From July 1 T-Mobile introduces favourably fixed priced roaming tariff packages under the Travel & Surf name
Budapest, May 30, 2011
From July 1, T-Mobile offers new favourably priced data roaming tariff packages both in daily and weekly schemes, enabling subscribers to use mobile Internet within the partner networks having agreements signed with Magyar Telekom in 29 countries – including 26 EU member states, as well as Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland.
From July, the company intends to promote mobile Internet used with smartphones and mobile computers, among tourists spending their vacation in the EU countries. The Travel & Surf roaming tariff packages can be used for accessing Internet, e-mails or the WAP.
Hungarian subscribers ordering the service can choose different billing methods. The Travel c Surf S package offers daily, 24 hours service for HUF 690 enabling 10MB roaming data traffic, while the daily Travel & Surf M tariff package offers 50 MB for the price of HUF 1,990. These two packages, S and M versions will be available to both postpaid and prepaid Domino subscribers. Customers wishing to read their e-mails every day – and not just randomly, or wishing to surf on the net are recommended to use the weekly, Travel & Surf L package offering 250 MB for HUF 10,590. This latter version is exclusively available for postpaid customers. As a clear advantage of the Travel and Surf packages, there is no over quota surcharge, one can not go beyond the preset limit: in case of the Travel & Surf S and Travel & Surf M daily packages data traffic is terminated upon reaching the data volume included in the package. Users loosing the sense for time while browsing or accidentally initiating updates in the background are warned by the operator in time about reaching the allowed quota, offering the possibility of purchasing the next daily or weekly frame amount.
The Travel & Surf roaming data tariff packages can not be used in domestic networks.
