Ildikó Kovács has been appointed as Magyar Telekom's Corporate PR Director effective of February 1, 2011. As of today, the expert will manage the external and internal communication activities of Hungary's largest telecommunications company as the head of its Corporate Public Relations Directorate.

Ildikó Kovács, 41, obtained a degree in economics at the Budapest Corvinus University. She possesses an experience of over 17 years in the fields of corporate communications, brand management and corporate social responsibility. She became Intercom's director of marketing and communications in 1998, then from 2004 she was the head of communications and branding at E.ON Hungary, and from 2008 she worked as Vice President, Corporate Brand Management at the headquarters of E.ON AG in Germany.

The new PR Director will have a chance to efficiently exploit her varied experience, gained in both domestic and international multinational environment as the communications officer of energy, media and entertainment service companies, in managing the external and internal communications of Magyar Telekom.
