T-Home and T-Mobile introduce two new service packages – real novelties in the Hungarian telecommunication market – under the name of Paletta, offering TV, fixed line Internet access, telephone at home as well as mobile telephone.

The Paletta M and Paletta XL service packages are available in Magyar Telekom’s service area, offering a wide variety of telecommunication services for a favourable monthly fee, while one can call all Magyar Telekom fixed line and T-Mobile subscribers for HUF 0, from the telephone at home, which is included in the package.

The new promotional offer of T-Home and T-Mobile target to meet the communication needs of Hungarian households as much as possible. Now for the first time there is a service packages available in the Hungarian telecommunication market that includes 3 fixed line services and 1 mobile telephone service, for a single monthly fee. As market leading service provider the company thrives for the quick development of information society, by bundling fixed and mobile products in a competitive way.

Four services in one, at a favourable monthly fee and with special discounts

As the major advantage of the Paletta service packages, they offer the four most popular telecommunication services (TV, Internet, fixed line and mobile telephone) bundled together. In addition, the monthly fee for this service package is much more favourable than the fees payable when these services are ordered separately. Customers, for whom all services included in the Paletta service packages are available, and who subscribe for fixed line and mobile services with T-Home and T-Mobile, they are available within the Paletta service packages more simply and even with significant savings.

This is also contributed to the special discounts, explicitly and only available in the Paletta packages – e.g. subscribers can call Magyar Telekom fixed line and mobile numbers for HUF 0, from the fixed line telephone number included in the Paletta packages. In addition, three further mobile subscriptions can be included in the Paletta service packages with favourable monthly fees, and the Családbarát (Friends and Family) discount scheme is available for altogether 4 mobile subscriptions free of charge, using which fixed line and mobile numbers included in the group can call each other with a HUF 0 minute charge within Hungary, up to 100 hours monthly per each subscription.

Fees and the content of the Paletta service packages

The smaller Paletta M for a monthly fee of HUF 10,990 offers fixed line Internet access with up to 5 Mbps download speeds, 53 digital TV channels, 100 minutes of mobile calls within Hungary, and in case of calls from the fixed line telephone at home HUF 0 minute charge when calling domestic Magyar Telekom fixed line numbers (except special rate numbers), as well as domestic T-Mobile subscribers.

Paletta XL for a monthly fee of HUF 16,990 offers fixed line Internet with up to 25 Mbps download speeds, 53 digital TV channels and HBO Pak, 300 minutes of mobile calls within Hungary, and in case of calls from the fixed line telephone at home HUF 0 minute charge when calling Magyar Telekom fixed line numbers and T-Mobile subscribers.

Moreover, subscribers to both packages from their fixed line numbers can call zone 1 long distance and other directions for HUF 0 minute charge, hence customers of most operators can also be called for HUF 0 minute charge within a service district.

In case of buying Paletta packages the subscriber of T-Home and T-Mobile services may be different persons; however the subscribers of individual T-Home services must be identical (using the services as identical subscriber, on one account and at the same installation location). In case the subscriber does not yet have all four T-Home and T-Mobile subscriptions (as specified above), then in order to use the Paletta service package, ordering the missing service(s), signing the promotion statement, and accepting the terms and conditions of the Paletta service package is required. Ordering the Paletta service package requires no additional loyalty commitment, however existing loyalty commitments continue to prevail.
