New management to head Origo Zrt.

As of February 1, 2010, Miklós Vaszily will take over the position of CEO at Magyar Telekom's 100% owned subsidiary, Origo Zrt. In the following months, Péter Novák will also join the company's management in the position of Deputy CEO.

János Horváth has worked in the top position in an acting capacity since September 5, 2009, and will leave the Magyar Telekom Group by mutual consent at the end of March.

Mr. Horváth joined the Group in September 2006. Since then he has worked in several managerial positions. Prior to and during the period when he worked in the CEO position, he was responsible for Magyar Telekom's media subsidiary portfolio. János Horváth will actively support the company's management until the end of March in his capacity as chairman of Origo Zrt's Board of Directors, and will remain a member of the Board of Directors afterwards.

Miklós Vaszily has worked in the online content services area for nine years. From 2001, he had worked in the of position CEO at Net Média Zrt, the publisher of Portfolio.hu, then from 2005 to last November, as CEO of Index.hu Zrt, while also serving as Board member of the owner CEMP Group, in charge of operative affairs.

Péter Novák has been active in Hungary's digital marketing and media market since 1997. He had worked for Matáv, in its communication field, then for MatávNet, as Advertisement Director. He joined Kirowski in the summer of 2000, where he took over the position of General Manager in 2006. Péter Novák is a member of the Hungarian Advertising Association's management, and is the Chairman of Interactive Advertising Bureau Hungary.

The new members of the management consider it as their key targets to successfully implement Origo's three-screen strategy, as well as to further strengthen the leading positions already achieved in the online content and services areas, measured in numbers of visitors and advertisement market share gains.

Origo Zrt is a leading interactive and multi-platform content provider in Hungary in terms of both visitor numbers and advertisement revenues. Its market leader portfolio includes [origo] news portal, [freemail] mailing system, iWiW social site, OK.hu search engine and Videa video sharing site.
