T-Mobile Pulse: another exclusive mobile phone from T-Mobile, running on Android

From October 29 Pulse, the latest exclusive touch screen mobile handset of T-Mobile, running on Android operating system and marketed in 8 European countries, will be available in Hungary as well. As every smartphone, this handset also offers several functions, it is easy to handle, features the versatile and customizable Android operating system, and with its favourable price it is an especially attractive offer in the Hungarian mobile market. From tomorrow T-Mobile Pulse will be sold for 49990 HUF, with a subscription term of 2 years.

Pulse, which will be brought to the stores and is only available from T-Mobile in Hungary, provides a fashionable and novel way of keeping community relations and mobile netsurfing. By full access to Android-based applications and the enlarged display, using the handset and the high quality broadband network of T-Mobile, the customers will get an even more complete experience of mobile netsurfing.

Manufactured in cooperation with Huawei, this handset comes with shiny, black cover, with 3.2 mega pixel auto-focus camera, 3.5” touch screen with a resolution of 480x320 pixels, (7.2), HSUPA (5.76), bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and G-Sensor (sensing movement and rotation) functions, SD card slot and trackball for navigation. To enable the operation of the high number of functions, a high performance 1500 mAh battery is installed in the handset, which provides longer operating time, and all this comes in an attractive house that is only 13.5 mm thin. According to the manufacturer’s specifications, the handset offers up to 3.5 hours of talk time and 300 hours of standby time, its memory can be expanded up to 16 GB and runs on Android 1.5 operating software.

The handset comes pre-installed with the most popular applications of Google, and the customers can also select from the expanding portfolio of Android-based applications. Thanks to the carefully designed menu, customizable to user needs and easy to handle by fingertips, the touch screen and the navigation trackball, the use of the handset is simple and enjoyable.

“So far handsets running on Android have been typically designed for the upscale market segment” stresses János Winkler on behalf of T-Mobile. “However, by the introduction of T-Mobile Pulse in the market, thanks to the very favourable price, we bring access to community services by mobile telephone and the experience of mobile netsurfing to many customers.” T-Mobile Pulse will be available from October x with new subscription and a contract term of 2 years for a price of 49990 HUF, and can even be taken away on interest-free credit.

T-Mobile Pulse will be exclusively marketed in eight European countries (Germany, the UK, Netherlands, Austria, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Croatia and Hungary).
