Magyar Telekom will launch in September new service packages with increased bandwidth for its wholesale customers. Simultaneously with the launch of these innovative products, new subscribers to T-Home services will also enjoy the benefits of increased bandwidth.

Together with dynamic rollout of its next generation access network development program announced in 2008, Magyar Telekom is continuously modernizing its fixed broadband ADSL and cable networks also by increasing their bandwidth. More bandwidth allows us to provide innovative and competitively priced service bundles in excellent quality both to our own customers and our Internet service provider partners. Magyar Telekom will launch its new, increased bandwidth consumer and wholesale Internet services on September 4, 2009.

From September, T-Home will introduce ADSL and Kábelnet service packages with significantly increased bandwidth. We will provide to our consumers, in case of new sales, the maximum download bandwidth of 5 and 15 Mbps on all networks (guaranteed bandwidths: download 1 and 5 Mbps, upload 192 and 512 kbps), instead of the current 2 and 8 Mbps (guaranteed bandwidths: download 192 and 480 kbps, upload 64 and 192 kbps). T-Home, Magyar Telekom's home and small business communication services brand, has thus made yet another great step towards bringing into our homes the most cutting edge telecommuications and entertainment services in the best available quality.

Simultaneously with the launch of the new retail T-Home products, wholesale products with increased bandwidth will also be introduced. Magyar Telekom's wholesale DSL portfolio will expanded with with three new products: DSL packages with the maximum download rates of 5 Mbps (guaranteed bandwidths: download 1 Mbps, upload 192 kbps), 10 Mbps (guaranteed bandwidths: download 3 Mbps, upload 256 kbps), and 15 Mbps (guaranteed bandwidths: download 5 Mbps, upload 512 kbps). The committed rates of the new products are considerably higher than those of the earlier products. The new products will be provided to our Internet service provider partners in Magyar Telekom's ADSL/ADSL2+ coverage service areas, subject to the availability of technical conditions.
