The Shareholders’ Assembly of Magyar Telekom’s Macedonian subsidiary Makedonski Telekom AD (MakTel) in Skopje adopted today the Annual Accounts of the Company for 2007 according to Macedonian Accounting Standards.

The Shareholders’ Assembly also adopted the audited financial statements of the Company for 2007, the Annual Report on the business operations of Makedonski Telekom for the previous year as well as the operation of the members of the Board of Directors of the Company for 2007.
