A new head to lead Crnogorski Telekom

Magyar Telekom, the majority owner of Crnogorski Telekom, decided to propose to Crnogorski Telekom’s next General Meeting the election of Dániel Szász, the CFO of T-Online Hungary, as successor of Bence Makai who decided to leave the company.

decided not to extend his contract after the approval of the 2006
financial statements. During his mandate, among others, the company's
first SOX audit succeeded at the end of 2006, the "T" brand was
successfully implemented to the Montenegrin telecommunications market
and the basis for nationwide rollout of broadband connections as well
as for the introduction of 3G mobile services was established. The next
General Meeting of Crnogorski Telekom, Montenegro's leading
telecommunications company, will elect the successor of Mr. Makai in
the Board of Directors. Magyar Telekom as the majority owner of
Crnogorski Telekom decided to propose to the company's General Meeting
the election of Dániel Szász, the CFO of T-Online Hungary.
Dániel
Szász, 35, holds a degree in economics. He started his career at the
General Motors Group where he worked from 1994 in various management
and financial executive positions at Opel companies in Hungary and
Germany. From 2002 he was Executive Director of GM Daewoo Central and
Eastern Europe.
He was appointed CFO of T-Online Hungary
(formerly Axelero) as of January 1, 2004. Since that time he has added
to his financial skills with substantial professional experience in
telecommunications market and company management. As a result of his
financial management work the profitability of Hungary's leading
Internet service provider has been continuously improving since 2004.
Dániel Szász contributed to the fast spread of broadband Internet, one
of the most dynamically growing business areas of the Magyar Telekom
Group, and he also played a key role in [origo] Internet portal's
reaching and maintaining a market leadership position as well as in the
latest acquisitions carried out by T-Online Hungary (iWiW social
portal, Adnetwork online marketing services).
