By mutual agreement Magyar Telekom Plc. will not extend the employment agreement of T-Mobile Hungary’s Deputy Director in charge of strategic business and finance development Dr. Zsigmond Bodnár that expires on March 31.

Dr. Zsigmond Bodnár played an outstanding role, as Chief Officer of the company, in the successes of Westel, then T-Mobile from the start of mobile communications in Hungary. His work was determining in achieving and preserving a market leader role, he contributed to the company’s successes in Hungary and internationally, and played an active role in the company’s corporate social responsibility, in particular its extensive sports sponsoring.
