T-Pont shops revamped
Budapest, October 5, 2006 10:00
The process of giving a uniform identity and appearance to the retail shops of the Magyar Telekom Group has recently been completed. Now, revamped T-Pont shops with new and extended services welcome customers across the country. The 47 retail shops offer the residential products and services of the entire Magyar Telekom Group including T-Com, T-Mobile, T-Online and T-Kábel. As a result of the conversion of the T-Pont shops started this spring an integrated telecommunications shop network has emerged, which stands without an equal in the Hungarian market.
The group decided to integrate the T-Pont and the T-Mobile retail shops
after the merger of Magyar Telekom and T-Mobile Hungary early this
year. Besides cost efficiency, faster and more efficient customer
service were the primary goals in the harmonization of the shop network
that serves 170
000–180
000 customers monthly. The renewed shops offer
all the residential products and services of the Magyar Telekom Group
(T-Com, T-Mobile, T-Online, T-Kábel) in the same location. The T-Pont
shops, which are modeled on a uniform corporate identity, are unique in
the country in offering fixed, mobile and internet services alike.
In
compliance with the relevant international principles of Deutsche
Telekom, the renewed T-Pont shops serve their customers at a high
quality standard. When planning the layout of the shops it was an
important consideration that visitors should be able to try the new
products for themselves, and also be able to learn about the latest
offerings through commercials and multimedia presentations given on
plasma screens in the shops. The specialist team that managed the
integration of the shop network is now working on innovative solutions
that will make customer service even faster and more efficient.
