Half a million people have selected T-Com's Favorit tariff packages

The number of customers opting for T-Com's Favorit tariff packages has recently reached 500 000. The two new members of the Favorit tariff package family, the Favorit Non-stop and the Favorit Non-stop Plusz offers launched in February this year also substantially contributed to the attainment of the half-million customer base.

The Favorit and the Favorit Plusz tariff packages were the first T-Com offerings following the rebranding in May 2005, and up to the end of last year 330 000 customers subscribed to them. It is eloquent proof of the popularity of the Favorit packages that now almost every fourth residential customer uses the flat-rated Favorit tariff packages which offer 0 minute fees. This year new members joined the Favorit family; on February 15 T-Com launched the Favorit Non-stop and the Favorit Non-stop Plusz discounts.

In addition, T-Com now offers even more favorable terms for customers of almost all tariff packages who order the Favorit and Favorit Plusz tariff packages: for 3 months subscribers can use the Favorit discounts at the monthly fee of their existing package.

With the Favorit and Favorit Plusz tariff packages customers can phone at 0 HUF minute fee from 4 p.m. in the afternoon till 10 a.m. the following morning, and all weekend. The discount is available with the Favorit tariff package in local and long distance I call directions within the Magyar Telekom wireline network, while with the Favorit Plusz tariff package it applies in all Magyar Telekom wireline call directions. The Favorit Non-stop and Non-stop Plusz packages offer even larger discount as the 0 HUF minute fee applies all day in the preferred call directions.

In addition to the discount phone options, the packages also contain 3 hours internet access through T-Com's Open Internet service and 20 wireline SMS messages free of charge monthly. Also, the subscribers of the Favorit and the Favorit Non-stop tariff packages can purchase T-Com's new generation Sinus telephone sets at a discount price or in interest-free installments without any upfront payment.
