On January 16 T-Com and T-Mobile will launch their first joint offer, the Oda - Vissza (Vice Versa) discount scheme offering more favorable phone calls at 0 HUF minute fees all day between mobile and fixed line numbers. Administration will be easier for the customers of Magyar Telekom Group because a unified shop network will be developed with the integration of the Magyar Telekom and T-Mobile shops from mid-January.

The purpose of the merger of Magyar Telekom and T-Mobile approved in December is to benefit from the synergy between the member companies with special regard to customer retention, development of the customer base, optimization of efficiency and cost levels, and exploitation of the benefits offered by the new innovative technological opportunities. Our customers benefit the most from the new, favorable offers, simpler use of the new products, and simpler administration. The joint offer to be launched now, the Oda - Vissza discount, is the first element of these benefits.

Thanks to the discount scheme launched recently, customers of Magyar Telekom Group can make phone calls under more favorable conditions. The offer is highly advantageous as customers can make phone calls at 0 HUF minute fees throughout the day between mobile and fixed line numbers, so they do not have to keep in mind the peak and off-peak periods.

In the frame of the Oda - Vissza discount, even 4 selected T-Mobile phone numbers – belonging to one T-Mobile subscriber or bill-payer - can be called at 0 HUF minute fees throughout the day from one T-Com number at a gross fee of HUF 990.
The selected T-Mobile numbers can call each other at a gross fee of 990 HUF per SIM card at 0 HUF minute fee 24 hours a day, and also the T-Com number the subscriber of which selected them.
These two offers are provided jointly. If requested, the customer of T-Com can choose a supplementary option at 790 HUF per month, where two more T-Com fixed line numbers can be called at 0 HUF all day.

Not only the T-Com subscribers can select as many as four T-Mobile phone numbers, but also T-Mobile subscribers who meet the requirements of the discount package are entitled to select T-Com numbers under the specified conditions.

The discount can be used for any of the residential T-Com packages with the exception of Minimál (Minimum) Kontroll (Control) and Felező (Halving) packages; T-Mobile offers the discount with invoice-based tariff packages available for residential subscribers, figuring in the public tariffs chart. The joint offer can be ordered in the T-Ponts and T-Mobile shops.

Administration will be easier for the customers of Magyar Telekom Group because a unified, efficient shop network will be developed with the integration of the Magyar Telekom and T-Mobile shops. Development of the unified T-Pont shops network will be started in mid-January, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2006.
