Telekom Montenegro (TCG) held its first Board of Directors meeting attended by those Board members who were elected by the April 6 General Meeting. Among other issues, the Board of Directors has taken decision on the appointment of the new members of the management.

Matáv, which as a result of the successful acquisition has acquired a 73.04% stake in TCG, is represented by 6 members in the 7-member Board of Directors. The new Board at its first meeting elected new members to the management:

TCG

- András Dunai, Chief Financial Officer of TCG (currently working at Matáv's Business Development and M&A, formerly as Chief Financial Officer of Malév)
- Zsolt Kozma, Chief Marketing Officer of TCG (formerly Matáv's International Regulatory and Pricing Policy Director)
- Aleksandar Mijac, Chief Technical Officer of TCG (he currently heads one of the technical areas that will be merged under his management)
- Pete Szabo, Chief Sales Officer of TCG (formerly Regional Sales Director of Pepsi Co. International)
- Béla Váradi, Chief Human Resources and Legal Officer of TCG (formerly HR Director of MOL)
- Tibor Vidos, Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs Director of TCG (formerly Invitel's Chief Officer External Relations and Regulatory Affairs)

Milan Perovic remains the CEO of TCG.

Monet (mobile operator of the TCG Group)

- Gergely Bujdosó, Deputy CEO of Monet (formerly worked in the sales area of T-Mobile Hungary, then of MobiMak and MakTel)
- Eszter Kocsárdi, Chief Financial Officer of Monet (formerly Chief Financial Officer of Friesland Hungária, earlier Financial Director of Westel 0660)

Miodrag Ivanovic remains the CEO of Monet.

Internet CG (Internet service provider of the TCG Group)

There is no change in the management of Internet CG, Slavoljub Popadic retains the position of CEO.

The Board of Directors has also taken decision on the members of the Management Committee, the body responsible for the operative management of the TCG Group:
