MATÁV donated HUF 26 million to crisis line services

Matáv's Donations Board granted HUF 26 million to support 50 crisis line services in 2001. Crisis line services are available to people in need on green (freephone) numbers.
Most
crisis line services are accessible on telephone numbers beginning with
06-80-505 where 505 refers to SOS to facilitate remembering the number
(the following three digits identify the given service). Crisis line
services receive tens of thousands of calls each year and help people
who feel to be not able to overcome difficulties without help. Most
people call these services because they have interpersonal problems,
conflicts, life-style or health problems.
Matáv's Donations Board grants each year significant amount for charity, social and health purposes.
