Integration of T-Systems subsidiaries completed

T-Systems announced on January 22 the creation of two infocommunication market leader companies, KFKI System Integration Co. Ltd. and IQSYS IT and Consulting Co. Ltd. from six of its former subsidiaries. With the integration of the predecessor companies the convergent IT and telecommunications technologies will be accessible from two strengthened knowledge bases with separated activities.
The purpose of
integration is to leverage synergies inherent in telecommunications and
IT, improve the efficiency and increase the market share of companies
with the same profile. The success-oriented approach of the KFKI
Group’s management is the guarantee that the new companies will
preserve the market leader role. KFKI and IQSYS will continue to
preserve their independent system integration role, with application of
the parent company’s processes. By drawing on the subsidiaries’
competences T-Systems will in a unique way offer one-stop ICT solutions
to both large companies and SMEs - said Magyar Telekom-T-Systems Chief
Operating Officer István Papp.
The former companies BCN System
House Ltd., ICON Computing Services Co. Ltd. and KFKI-LNX Co. Ltd. were
merged under the name KFKI System Integration Co. Ltd., its activities
will include all services provided by its predecessor companies, the
full scope of IT infrastructure related consulting, design,
implementation and operation services. The company, as the IT
infrastructure market leader, will continue to focus on a
customer-oriented approach and provision of tailor-made integrated
solutions with 580 experienced professionals.
KFKI System
Integration Co. Ltd.’s customers will be primarily large and
medium-sized companies and state administration organizations, and it
will also lay great emphasis on satisfying the needs of SMEs, relying
on its stable financial background and experience and T-Systems’
competences. The company will not focus only on customers based in
Budapest, but ensure nationwide coverage with its regional branches.

IQSYS
IT and Consulting Co. Ltd. that was established as the successor of
Integris, IQSYS and T-Systems Hungary (TSH) will offer the widest range
of products, technologies and services on the Hungarian IT market in
the field of application development and system integration. IQSYS will
provide the full scope of services ranging from elaboration of
solutions improving the competitiveness of its customers through
business strategy and functional consulting and design and
implementation of supporting IT systems to operation of the same.

renewed IQSYS will continue the operation of its predecessors based on
commitment to quality, customer-orientation and continuous innovation.
The company will cooperate with the other divisions of Magyar Telekom
T-Systems using their skills, products and services for the provision
of new solutions and services through leveraging synergies between IT
and telecommunications” – said IQSYS IT and Consulting Co. Ltd.’s
Executive Director Mátyás Horvai.
The company’s customers will
be primarily Hungarian large companies and institutions, while its
portfolio will include also solutions and services elaborated for SMEs
and municipalities. The customer base of almost 400 enterprises will be
served by more than 300 well trained experienced professionals.
