The Shareholders' Assembly of subsidiary of Magyar Telekom, MakTel, at its regular meeting held on 29th November, adopted the resolution on appointment of Zarko Lukovski, Goran Ivanovski, Iljaz Iljazi, Igor Bimbiloski, Dénes Szluha and György Simó as new non-executive members of the Board of Directors of MakTel.

The Shareholders' Assembly was chaired by Zoran Trajcevski, as a representative of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. The management of MakTel extended its gratitude for the contribution of the released Board of Directors’ members, Dejan Mickovic, Tamás Morvai, Gavrilo Dzikovski, Asan Jakupi, Snezana Ivanovska, and Zoltán Kisjuhász, and wished much success to the newly appointed ones.
