The telephone number of T-Com’s fault report service will change from January 1, 2006. The new number is 194.

The underlying reason is that the National Communications Authority is changing its numbering system. The change affects the old call number which the NCA will withdraw and issue instead the new uniform 194 number for all telecom service providers. It will be short notice for the customers; until January 31 both the old and the new numbers will be available, but from February 1 the fault report service will only respond at the 194 telephone number.
