At the beginning of September, Matáv connected the 50th location from where the EasyNet Plus service offering wireless Internet connection can be accessed.

This service introduced in 2003 offers high-speed, wireless Internet in public areas via laptops or palmtops. The service is now available at numerous frequented locations both in Budapest and in the country.

To use the service, you need an installed WLAN card, an Internet browser and a Matáv EasyNet Plus card. The cards can be bought at the Hot Spot locations and MatávPont retail shops, and allow 1, 5 or 24 hours of Internet access.
