21st International fair of phone cards, philately, numismatics and postcards

The traditional Matáv Phone Card Fair awaits visitors with an extended program on November 6-7, 2004 in the Headquarters of Matáv (Budapest I., Krisztina krt. 55.). This is the first time that the event is co-organized with Mánia Magazine, and the visitors will have an opportunity to see stamp, coin and postcard collections in addition to the phone cards.
The fair offers visitors colorful programs. Besides a
phone card auction and raffle participants can test their knowledge, skills and
talents in a quiz and stock exchange games. Visitors can also vote for the phone
card of 2004. Unique Barangoló cards can be ordered with the photo of the owner,
and personal stamps can be printed at the stand of the Hungarian
Post.
Matáv is presenting 50 new phone cards and 57 new Barangoló cards
to the public at the fair. The most interesting is the set of 17 phone cards,
issued in honor of the medal-winners of the Athens Olympic Games.
The
fair is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days. Entry fee is 250 HUF, entry is
free under the age of
14.
