From November 1, 2004, in the areas with ADSL coverage Matáv residential customers can use Matáv's Turn-key ADSL service, a state-of-the-art option for home telecommunication services all in one package.

In this new package Matáv offers its customers ISDN telephone line, ADSL internet access and a PC with multimedia capabilities. In addition, customers can also decide whether they want to pay the 118 800 HUF purchase price of the computer in one sum or in interest-free installments. Without upfront payment, they have to pay off the computer over 12 months in monthly installments of 9 900 HUF, the monthly fee of the Turnkey ADSL is 14 200 HUF. If they choose one-sum payment, they can purchase the computer at the discount price of 114 900 HUF, and afterwards they only have to pay the monthly fee of the Turnkey ADSL.

In this special offer valid till January 31, 2005, Matáv will install the computer on customer premises free of charge and also see to its continuous operation. If necessary, it will provide remote computer repair assistance, offer advice and help by e-mail, chat or phone, should the user encounter any problem.

The Turnkey ADSL package contains the following:

• 384/64 kbit/s ADSL access with unlimited internet use,
• monthly gross 2 500 HUF Csevegő-rated telephone usage,
• ISDN2 telephone line, the monthly fee for which is also included in the package,
• multimedia Albacomp computer with: Intel Celeron 2.4 GHz, 40 MB hard disk, 256 MB RAM, integrated video card, 17” screen, combo CD-burner-DVD-reader, speakers, webcamera and free game software,
• Windows XP operating system,
• Windows XP 2 service pack with advanced security features,
• free installation of the equipment and
• remote assistance service – with background support and fault repair.
