T-Online Hungary acquires Adnetwork

Magyar Telekom (Reuters: NYSE: MTA.N, BÉT: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: NYSE: MTA US, BÉT: MTELEKOM HB), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider, announced that T-Online Hungary, its fully owned subsidiary, has concluded an agreement to acquire Adnetwork Kft, the leading domestic online advertisement network.
