Matáv to acquire X-Byte Kft.

Matáv (NYSE: MTA.N and BSE: MTAV.BU), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire X-Byte Kft. Matáv buys 99% of X-Byte Kft. from its fully owned subsidiary, BCN Rendszerház Kft. while the remaining 1% is bought from Safecom Rt., in which Matáv also has full control indirectly.
