Budapest, February 6, 2017 17:00
In the frame of „Mobile telecommunication service procurement – 2016” issued by the Public Procurement and Supply General Directorate (KEF), Magyar Telekom won the centralized public procurement procedure titled „Government voice packages”.
In the 39 months following the signing of the agreement Magyar Telekom and its subsidiary T-Systems Hungary will provide services - basically mobile voice and mobile internet services - to all institutions concerned, including government institutions and other institutions joining the system voluntarily (municipalities, institution maintenance organizations, courts). The frame amount is HUF 5 billion, including almost 200 thousand SIM cards. „We are proud that following the tendering procedure we can start the year with such a significant success. We attach special importance to satisfying the requirements of all institutions concerned that use our services” – said Christopher Mattheisen, chief executive officer of Magyar Telekom on the subject of signing the agreement.
Institutions can start signing service agreements with the operator from February, 2017. They can receive more information at the following e-mail address: kozbeszerzes@t-systems.hu.
