Budapest, July 2, 2014 11:00
- Telekom’s new tariffs with access to the Spotify Premium music service already available
- The biggest package includes unlimited inland talktime in case of basic tariff numbers and quality listening to music to all those who know no limits in listening to music or telephone calls.
Spotify is a cloud based music streaming service, enabling users to carry millions of tracks in their pockets, all it takes is the internet connection and registration. Users do not need to waste time any more on collecting their favorite tracks and waste precious space to download them on PCs, smartphones or other digital device, as the more than 20 million tracks stored in the cloud are accessible anywhere and anytime. Both the international and national choice is continuously extended by songs of smaller and independent labels and by the newest chart releases. One can browse top lists or even based on albums, artists, or friends’s playlist. Further to the user’s own preferred playlist, thousands of edited and generated playlists offer excellent guidance to those wishing to listen to music matching the actual life situation or mood, as well as based on the individual favorite era or music style. Based on tracks already played, the user receives recommendations for other artists and tracks – one can even set his own radio channel when based on the track played the application automatically selects similar tracks.
Using Spotify Premium listening to music may in fact become a true community experience: one can simply connect through the Facebook account, too, sharing tracks, saved lists or favorite albums in the Timeline, while our Facebook friends can also assist us in exploring new music.
All those are advised to select a tariff package developed for smartphones and offering access to the Spotify Premium service, who attach importance to listening to music in high quality, listen to their favorite tracks without generating data traffic, who are bothered by ads interrupting music, and who wish to select specific tracks from albums or play lists or even listen to them randomly. The Music tariff packages of Telekom offer the true unlimited of listening to music: we can enjoy our favorite music in excellent quality, without ads interrupting it – even offline, without internet connection.
The Spotify Premium version is available in the Music XS, S and M tariff package of Telekom, as well as by choosing the Music option. The Telekom Music M tariff package is recommended to those who would not like to keep count of minutes and gigabytes, but still want to listen to the rhythm through their earphones continuously. The monthly fee of the Music M tariff package is HUF 16,690 – including unlimited intra-network talktime in case of basic tariff numbers and inland SMS traffic, 1 GB data volume to be used even at Telekom’s 4G network and unlimited Spotify Premium access, as well as e-Pack* (the price without e-Pack is HUF 17,290). Less heavy users are advised to choose the Music S tariff package for a monthly fee of HUF 9,390 with e-Pack (or HUF 9,990 without e-Pack), including 160 minutes inland talktime in case of basic tariff numbers and unlimited SMS, as well as 1GB data volume usable also on 4G network and 2 GB inland data dedicated for Spotify. The smallest, XS package is available for university and college students only. Subscribers not intending to change their tariff packages but still wishing to use the Spotify Premium service can do that by choosing the Music option for HUF 1,590 monthly which ensures them 500 MB data volume dedicated to Spotify. Within 30 days after the date of activation (including the day of activation) they can access the Spotify Premium Service and use the 500 MB Spotify data without a monthly fee.
