Magyar Telekom offers its special service package developed for companies operating the new type of cashier machines at a lower monthly fee than advertised earlier. The service enables data communication between the National Tax Office ( NAV) and cashier machines, also offering customer service support.

Magyar Telekom intends to assist enterprises in the timely and smooth replacement of cashier machines by providing as complete a customer service as ever. Indicating its commitment, the company decreases the monthly fee for the service to HUF 1,990 net, enabling SMEs operating cashier machines to communicate between the NAV system and the machines. The service package is available to all customers using cashier machines.

Telekom – based on the agreements with cashier machine distributors Alt Cash Kft and Prior Cash Kft, using their dealer network – with its proprietarily developed service package and cashier machine models of the partners offers competitive solutions to companies affected by the cashier machine replacement, while the company is also open for cooperation with further cashier machine distributors.

In case of licensed cashier machine models, the legally required data communication is operated with SIM chips, provided along with the Telekom service package. These chips are capable of connecting to all Hungarian mobile operators’ network – provided that they have their own network – and maintain data links with the NAV system. The Telekom service package contributes to performing the requirements of NAV and the relevant laws, by enabling successful data communication between the NAV server and cashier machines.

As for large companies, Magyar Telekom’s subsidiary T-Systems Hungary offers a unique, tailor-made solution compatible with the systems of large companies, required for maintaining continuous data links between cashier machines and NAV.
