Ever keener competition in the fixed market induces Matáv to "pamper" its customers not only with price reductions, but also come up with completely new initiatives.

In the framework of the 'Csengető' campaign lasting from July 1 till August 31, 2004, Matáv will give its 'Csevegő' and 'Sokatmondó' tariff package subscribers 1 HUF discount on every minute of call received from a Matáv line. The discount applies up to a maximum of 400 minutes of call monthly.

Matáv will automatically give the above Csengető discount to every customer subscribing to the Csevegő and Sokatmondó packages. Those customers who switch to any of these packages during the discount period will also be eligible to the Csengető discount. In addition, for one year Matáv will provide the Voice Mail service free of charge for customers who order this service with their Csevegő or Sokatmondó package during the Csengető campaign period.

More than half of our customers have already chosen one of our tariff packages best suited to their telephone usage patterns. The most popular ones include the Csevegő package, which has over 400 000 subscribers, and the Sokatmondó package, which has been selected by over 70 000 people.
