Budapest – July 5, 2018 – Magyar Telekom (Reuters: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: MTELEKOM HB, hereinafter the “Company”), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider, hereby announces that Tibor Rékasi, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Magyar Telekom Plc. notified Magyar Telekom Plc. that he purchased Magyar Telekom shares on July 4, 2018, as per the attached.
