Magyar Telekom files Form 20-F for Fiscal Year 2009

Magyar Telekom (Reuters: NYSE: MTA.N, BÉT: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: NYSE: MTAUS, BÉT: MTELEKOM HB), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider, announces the publication of its Form 20-F annual report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009.

The Form 20-F report has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US and is now available on Magyar Telekom’s corporate website at https://www.telekom.hu/investor_relations/financial.
