Magyar Telekom announces share ownership of senior officers

Budapest, January 25, 2007

Magyar Telekom (Reuters: NYSE: MTA.N, BÉT: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: NYSE: MTA US, BÉT: MTELEKOM HB), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider, announces the share ownership of senior officers elected by its Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 6, 2006. Dr. Mihály Gálik holds 1,000 Magyar Telekom shares. Thilo Kusch, Frank Odzuck, Dr. György Szapáry, Dr. János Illéssy, Dr. Sándor Kerekes and Konrad Kreuzer do not hold any Magyar Telekom shares.
